ITERS-3 In-Depth Webinar

<Back to Trainings

Overview:
Starting in October 2020 ERSI will be offering NEW webinar courses on the ITERS-3. The “ITERS-3 In-depth” webinar course is perfect for those organizations that have found themselves working from home as a result of COVID-19 and currently not able to go into classrooms to offer face-to-face technical assistance or conduct evaluations. Coaches, educational coordinators, technical assistance specialists, and QRIS evaluators can increase content knowledge of ITERS-3 requirements through participation in this new course. The ITERS-3 In-depth course will help ITERS-3 users to broaden their understanding of the scale requirements and prepare for successful reliability testing.

Format:
The ITERS-3 In-depth webinar will be offered in series of modules that will provide information and interpretations of all ITERS-3 indicator requirements. Each module will consist of two webinars. Each webinar will be two hours (11am-1pm EST) and will cover two items (*session 2 of Module 8 will cover three items). These webinar courses will be heavy in content information with rationales for ITERS-3 requirements. Each indicator will be broken down, explaining terms like “some, many, usually” and describing what it looks like in a classroom setting. There will be time set aside for answering questions. You can select what module you want to complete or you can take all modules. A certificate of attendance will be given for each module.

Price:
The ITERS-3 In-depth Webinar Courses will cost $275/participant for each module, with each module consisting of two webinars (each webinar will be two hours, from 11am-1pm EST).

Registration:
Registration and full payment via check or purchase order will need to be completed prior to the date of the course. Purchase orders must be replaced with checks a minimum of one week prior to the course date. A confirmation email will be sent when application and payment have been received. Applications can be found below.

Prerequisites:
The ITERS-3 Scale is a required text for this course and can be purchased from Teacher's College Press or Kaplan Companies.

Prerequisites include some training and/or use of the Environment Rating Scales. It will be helpful if you have completed some type of introductory training (whether live or online) so that you fully understand the scoring system and format of the ITERS-3.
